All of our products are shipped by DPD on a Next Day Service. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched that day.
Unless something crazy happens, like a big sale, an unexpected Christmas surge, or a big media article hits, you will receive your order within 1 working day.
Please note – we are big fans of work-life-family balance, and weekends/bank holidays don’t count as working days.
We ship products Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on weekends so Friday’s shipments will arrive the following Monday.
We provide FREE delivery for all UK orders.
As per standard distance selling regulations, you have 14 consecutive days after you receive your parcel to raise any issues with your order. After that time, the transaction is closed.
