The pathogens that are inhibited by our vinegars include the following: E. coli, Pseudomonas, Vibrio, C. difficile and Fusobacterium, Salmonella, Citrobacter, Staphylococcus, Yersinia, Campylobacter, Eggerthella, Sphingomonas Proteus, Klebsiella, Campylobacter. Each vinegar inhibits a different range of pathogens. To quickly determine which vinegar is right for you, check the diagram here. 

You can also add all three vinegars to your daily routine in rotation and protect against a wide range of biofilm pathogens.
